Flexibility has become a top initiative as companies regroup during this economic recovery and plan for the future.  Companies still have projects, goals, and deadlines that must be met, in addition to forecasting their talent management needs.  One of the key elements of both current and future talent management is the flexibility that comes with contract staffing. This session, introduced by respected industry trainer Barb Bruno, covers client trends, comparison data between direct hire and contract staffing, and feedback from the candidate’s perspective.  The session also addresses “why” a recruiter should consider contract staffing and “how” to get started.
